Cancellations & prepayment:

• One night's stay, plus tax, will be charged for no shows and late cancellations. Exceptions may apply
• For prepaid rates, 100% prepayment at time of booking. No cancellations, modifications or refunds.

Conditions for children and extra beds:

• Children under 2 years of age may stay free in parents'room. Contact hotel for baby cot availability.
• When room rate includes breakfast, one child up to age 11 with free breakfast when sharing parents'room.
• When room rate does not include breakfast, breakfast is free for children up to age 2 and with 50% discount for children ages 3 to 11.

Information about applicable taxes and fees:

• Value added tax (V.A.T.) is included in the rate.
• The tax on stays in tourist accommodation in the city of Barcelona is NOT included.
  The cost in three-star hotels is 5.50 euros per person per night and must be paid at the end of the stay. 
  It is applicable to all persons over 17 years of age and will apply for a maximum of 7 nights.
