However, you may occasionally find a cheaper price or better conditions on another website, our commitment as SERHS Hotels is to take responsibility and comply with our Best Price Guarantee policy.
What is the Best Price Guarantee?
The Best Price Guarantee rewards our users for booking on our website even if there’s a better price on another website or portal.
If you find a better price on another website after you have made your reservation at www.hotelserhsdelport.com, you will have the option to claim and we will match the price as long as the total price found complies with the Terms and Conditions of the Best Price Guarantee.
To be rewarded with the policy of Best Price Guarantee the first thing to do is send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Reservation number or locator
- Name of the reservation holder
- Web address of the best price found
- Total price found on another website
- Screenshot showing the best price found
Within 48 working hours we will manage your case and give you an answer. Once we have verified that the request complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the new reservation, with the price equaled.
Terms and Conditions
- The customer must have a confirmed booking of www.hotelserhsdelport.com.
- The price found on another website must meet the following conditions in relation to the price available on the SERHS Hotels website. The best price found should be:
- For the same hotel
- The same room type
- Same length and dates of stay
- The same conditions of payment and cancellation
- The same number of guests
- Same currency
- The price must be visible on the internet. We will not consider prices offered on partner affiliation websites, discounts or corporate rates, group prices, promotion programs or prices obtained by auction or similar processes; the lower price cannot come from a website that has to be called to obtain the rate, nor from an e-mail message received by the applicant. Rates of promotional packages or rates available on opaque websites. Offline rates. Rates with variations due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.
- Requests will not be accepted with reservations made within 24 hours of your arrival at the hotel.
- The rate must be shown and must be able to be booked in the same currency as in www.hotelserhsdelport.com (without references to currency converters).

- The price difference must be greater than EUR 4. Differences of less than EUR 4 will not be considered.
- Requests must be sent by the person who made the reservation.
- All applications are subject to verification by SERHS Hotels. Screenshots and other tests of lower prices that cannot be confirmed will not be accepted. Neither will applications that are considered to be the result of a printing or other error or any kind of fraud will be accepted.
- SERHS Hotels shall not be liable in any case for penalties or other costs or expenses that may arise from the cancellation of reservations or failures in the publication of prices on third party pages.
- SERHS Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of the Best Price Guarantee policy at any time, in its sole discretion.
